Stadium.

A new multi-purpose stadium required MEP coordination across six disciplines in a complex structure with long-span roof systems and high-density crowd-safety services. We managed the federated BIM environment across all design stages, running weekly coordination sessions and resolving over 3,100 clashes before construction commenced.

/Why They Needed Help

Where

01

Long-Span Roof Complexity

The roof structure left severely constrained MEP zones with no tolerance for unresolved clashes at construction stage.

02

Crowd Safety Systems

Fire suppression, PA, and emergency lighting had to be coordinated with structural and architectural constraints at high density.

What

CH.01

Roof Zone Constraints

Long-span structure left minimal MEP zones — every route required sign-off from structural before it could be locked.

/Execution Strategy

How

Structural-First Coordination

MEP routing was not started until structural model was frozen at LOD 350, preventing wasted coordination work.

/Client Testimonial

A stadium roof with that level of MEP density could have been a disaster without proper coordination. Neutec got us to construction with confidence.
