Corporate 

A financial services firm relocating its India headquarters required a fully coordinated MEP design package delivered to an accelerated programme. We took the project from concept MEP through to construction documentation in 18 weeks, working in parallel with the architect and structural engineer on a shared Revit environment.

BIM coordination was run continuously throughout the design phase rather than as a separate clash-detection exercise at the end — allowing issues to be resolved as they arose rather than accumulated. The result was a construction-issue model with fewer than 40 residual clashes across the entire building.
