A 28,000 m² mission-critical facility designed to meet Tier III uptime standards. Our scope covered full MEP coordination across five disciplines — power, cooling, fire suppression, structured cabling, and security systems — delivered as a single federated Revit model at LOD 400. Clash detection cycles were run weekly against the structural and architectural models, resolving over 2,400 issues before construction commenced.
