Building Information Modelling (BIM) is an intelligent, data-driven process that creates a shared digital representation of your project — geometry, systems, schedules, and costs in one federated model. It eliminates coordination errors before they reach site, compresses design cycles, and gives owners a living asset record they can use long after handover. On complex projects, BIM consistently reduces rework costs by 20–40% and shortens programme by weeks.

We author in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks for coordination, with Civil 3D for infrastructure scopes. For clash detection and 4D simulation we use Navisworks Manage; BIM 360 / ACC for CDE and issue tracking. We deliver IFC 2×3 and IFC 4 for open-BIM workflows, along with NWC/NWD, RVT, and RFA as required. If your project runs on a different stack — Bentley, ArchiCAD, or proprietary platforms — we adapt.

We run a structured BIM Execution Plan (BEP) from day one — defining model ownership, LOD milestones, naming conventions, and clash-detection cadence. Federated models are hosted on a CDE with permissioned access so every discipline always works from the current master. Weekly clash-detection runs are reported against an issue tracker with responsible party and resolution deadline, keeping coordination transparent across architects, structural, MEP, and façade teams.

We begin with a discovery call to understand your project scope, stage, and existing data. Within 48 hours we issue a BEP outline and fee proposal. Once appointed, we mobilise within a week — standing up the CDE, federating available models, and establishing the coordination rhythm. Deliverables are tied to your design-stage gates: concept, schematic, developed design, and construction issue. Post-handover, we can produce an as-built model and COBie data pack for facilities management.
