Residential developments rarely stop at one building. Shared podium plant, repeated tower typologies, and luxury fit-out tolerances all have to resolve inside a coordination environment built to handle more than a single structure at a time. We manage the federated model across every tower in the development simultaneously, so a decision on one block is always checked against the rest before it's signed off.

Finished-ceiling clearances in a high-specification apartment leave little room for a late clash. We take MEP detail to LOD 400 early — often from RIBA Stage 3 rather than retrofitted later — so interior specifications can be locked without coordination risk trailing behind them.
